23 თებერვალს 15:00 სთ-დან 19:00 სთ-მდე EMT განათლებისა და მართვის გუნდის ოფისში CISV-საქართველოს ორგანიზებით ჩატარდება სამუშაო შეხვედრა, რომელშიც ევროპის ტრენერთა ქსელის წევრი პავლე თვალიაშვილი გაგაცნობთ ჩეხეთის ფანდრაიზინგის ცენტრის პროექტს POINT - Platform for Opportunities and Ideas in Non-Profit Training, რომელსაც ვიშეგრადის ფონდი აფინანსებს.

აპრილში დაგეგმილია ერთკვირიანი საერთაშორისო ტრენინგი ტრენერებისთვის ჩეხეთში სხვადასხვა ქვეყნის წარმომადგენლებისთვის. საქართველოდან 3 ტრენერის შერჩევისთვის უნდა შემუშავდეს შერჩევის კრიტერიუმები, და გამოიკვეთოს ის სურვილები, რომელიც შერჩეული ტრენერების მიმართ აქვთ სამოქალაქო სექტორის ორგანიზაციებს.
23 თებერვლის შეხვედრის მონაწილეებს სკაიპით გაესაუბრებიან პროექტის ორგანიზატორები ჩეხეთიდან.
შედგება საუბარი, როგორ შეიძება POINT პლატფორმის ქსელი დაეხმაროს ქართულ ორგანიზაციებს განვითარებაში.

Giorgi Tediashvili's experience

Participant of the training: “Invitation of improvement – Expand yourself” Giorgi Tediashvili Participant from SIQA - GEORGIA:  From June 5 to 12, 2015 I spent my unforgettable 7 days In Caserta (Italy).  I want to tell you about that great experience and memories which I have got in this training.

This project helped me to explore my learning styles, strengths, talents and potential, raise awareness of who I am and what I am capable of.  Each day of the exchange program was designed around one of these intelligences:  Musical, Visual, Verbal, Mathematical, Bodily, Interpersonal and Naturalistic.  We had mix of outdoor activities, drama and dance exercises, problem solving activities, artistic searches, guided visualizations, meditation, team work and a lot of fun during that measures. Also, we had intercultural evening, where we could perform culture and traditions of our countries. Every day, after trainings we had party and movie evenings. Main aim of the project was development participants’ learning competencies, self-awareness, to promote active and creative participation of young people in processes and events around them. Taking part in this exchange was great chance to contribute personal development and expand professional opportunities. Additionally, this training helped me to set up my learning and carrier goals.

 The project involved 42 youngsters who were coming from Armenia, Cyprus, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Moldova and Italy.  It was the best chance to make new friends from many other countries and communicate such a great people who they are, I am proud of it. Together we had great fun and funny jokes about our nourishment because of Pasta, which we ate every evening.

Besides, it was my pleasure to see stunning beauty and sightseeing of Napoli and Caserta.  I will never forget this experience, memories and people I meet there. This training changed my life...

სიქა - საგანმანათლებლო ინიციატივების ქართული ასოციაციის დამფუძნებელმა და გამგეობის წევრმა პავლე თვალიაშვილმა სამი ორგანიზაციის წარმომადგენლებს: სიქას, განათლებისა და მართვის გუნდისა და CISV-საქართველოს მენეჯმენტის წარმომადგენლებსა და ტრენერებს ჩაუტარა საინფორმაციო სემინარი. 
სემინარი ჩატარდა 19 სექტემბერს დაბა სიონში. სემინარის მონაწილეებმა მიიღეს ინფორმაცია იტალიაში, ქალაქ კასერტაში ჩატარებული ახლაგაზრდული გაცვლის პროგრამის “Invitation of improvement – Expand yourself” შესახებ. პროგრამა დაფინანსებული იყო "ERASMUS +"-ის ფარგლებში.  

სემინარს იტალიის ტრენინგის მონაწილე მარი კოშაძეც დაესწრო.
მონაწილეები გაეცნენ საკვანძო კომპეტენციებსა და მრავალმხრივი ინტელექტის თეორიას. გაიმართა დისკუსია, როგორ შეიძლებამ ამ პროგრამის გამოცდილების გათვალისწინება ტრენინგებზე.
